The impact of excessive deviation in secondary air duct pressure on the steam generator.

      When the deviation in secondary air duct pressure on both sides of the steam generator is too large, the flame center will shift toward the side with lower air pressure. In severe cases, this can cause the flame to impinge on the water-cooled wall, leading to slagging and high-temperature corrosion of the water-cooled wall, thereby reducing its service life. The deviation of the flame center increases the flue gas temperature difference on both sides of the superheater and reheater, resulting in an excessive heat load deviation between the two sides. Long-term operation under such conditions can easily cause overheating and tube bursts in the superheater and reheater.

    Deviation of the furnace flame causes slagging on the water-cooled wall tubes;

    When the deviation in secondary air pressure on both sides of the steam generator is too large, it may induce fan surge in the forced draft fan;

     A large deviation in secondary air pressure on both sides of the steam generator may be due to the secondary air damper at the air preheater outlet or the forced draft fan outlet damper not being fully opened or not opened locally on the low-pressure side, resulting in reduced secondary air volume and increased exhaust gas temperature.
